The app plays even with the iPhone silent switch on, but if you hear nothing, first raise the volume with the side buttons. If Bluetooth earphones are connected, the sound is going there. If it still does not play, close the app and open it again.

Open Me → "About the paid version" and tap "Restore purchases". You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy. The same steps work after moving to a new iPhone.

Progress (streaks, test results, favorites) is stored only on your device. There is no account or cloud sync. Deleting the app deletes the progress. It carries over if you set up a new iPhone from a backup.

After turning the reminder on in Me, check that notifications are allowed under iOS Settings → Ballet Abroad → Notifications. If you have already practised or taken the test that day, no reminder is sent that day.

Yes. Switch between English, French and Russian in Me or before a scene lesson. One purchase includes all three languages, with no extra language fees. The purchase screen shows your store's current price. Previous French, English and two-language purchases also unlock all three languages when restored.

Scores and daily tests are tracked separately for each language. Comparing a phrase in another language does not record an answer in that language. Older answer records whose language cannot be identified are kept, but are excluded from language-specific mastery scores.
