プライバシーポリシー
1. 私たちが取得しない情報
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの連絡先（アカウント登録がありません）
- 位置情報、連絡先、写真、マイク（本アプリはマイクを使いません）
- 広告 ID、行動追跡。広告は表示しません。広告 SDK や、アプリ内の操作を記録する分析 SDK も入れていません（購入状態の確認には RevenueCat を使います。下記 4）
2. 端末の中にだけ保存される情報
次の情報は、アプリの動作のためにお使いの端末の中にだけ保存されます。私たちは見ることも、受け取ることもできません。
- アプリ内で入力した呼び名、留学先、出発日、学習する言語などの設定
- 学習の記録（正解・不正解、連続学習日数、テストの結果、講座の進み具合、お気に入り、教材への旗）
- 有料版の購入状態
アプリを削除すると、これらの情報は端末から消えます。iPhone のバックアップに含まれるかどうかは、iOS のバックアップ設定に従います。
3. 通知
リマインダーをオンにすると、端末の中で予約されるローカル通知を使います。通知のためにサーバーへ情報を送ることはなく、プッシュ通知用のトークンも取得しません。通知の許可は、設定画面でリマインダーをオンにしたときにだけお願いします。
4. App 内課金
有料版の購入・復元は Apple の App Store が処理します。私たちは氏名やクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。Apple による取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
購入状態の確認のために RevenueCat（RevenueCat, Inc.）のサービスを利用します。アプリが自動的に生成する匿名の識別子と、App Store の購入の記録（購入した商品・日時・価格・国または地域など）、アプリのバージョンや OS の種類が RevenueCat のサーバーに送られます。これらは「どの商品を購入済みか」の判定と、私たちが売上や購入数を集計して確認するために使います。この識別子はあなた個人を特定するものではなく、私たちが他の情報と結びつけることもありません。学習の記録やアプリ内で入力した名前は送られません。RevenueCat の取り扱いは RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
保存期間と削除: RevenueCat に保存される購入の記録は、購入状態の確認と売上の記録のため、本アプリの提供を続ける間保存されます。削除を希望される場合は、下記のメールアドレスに、App Store の購入履歴に表示される注文番号（Order ID）を添えてご連絡ください。該当する記録を RevenueCat から削除し、完了をお知らせします。削除しても Apple での購入そのものは取り消されず、「購入を復元」を押すと購入状態の確認のために記録が作り直されます。端末の中の情報は、アプリを削除すると消えます。
5. アプリの更新
本アプリは起動時に Expo（Expo, Inc. の EAS Update）へ接続し、教材や画面の更新があれば取得することがあります。このとき、端末の OS の種類とアプリのバージョンなど、更新の判定に必要な最小限の情報が送られます。個人を特定する情報は含まれません。
6. Apple から提供される統計情報
iOS の設定で「解析データを共有」を許可している場合、Apple は開発者にクラッシュレポートや利用統計を匿名化して提供することがあります。私たちはこれを不具合の修正にだけ使います。この共有は iOS の「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → 解析と改善」で変えられます。
7. お子さまの利用について
本アプリは留学を目指す学生の方の利用を想定しており、年齢を問わず利用できます。個人情報を取得しない設計のため、お子さまの個人情報を収集・保管することはありません。保護者の方からのお問い合わせは下記の連絡先までお願いします。
8. 第三者への提供
私たちは利用者に関する情報を第三者へ販売・提供しません。私たちが確認できるのは RevenueCat に保存される匿名の購入の記録だけで、購入状態の確認と売上の集計にのみ使います。上記の Apple、RevenueCat、Expo は、それぞれの機能の提供に必要な範囲でのみ情報を処理します。
9. 変更
本ポリシーを変更するときは、このページで公開し、最終更新日を書き換えます。個人情報の取り扱いが変わる場合（たとえばアカウント機能を追加する場合）は、アプリ内でもお知らせします。

Privacy Policy
1. Information we do not collect
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers or any other contact details (there is no sign-up)
- Location, contacts, photos or microphone (the app does not use the microphone)
- Advertising identifiers or tracking. The app shows no ads and includes no advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs that record what you do in the app (RevenueCat is used to verify purchases; see 4)
2. Information stored only on your device
The following is stored only on your device so the app can work. We cannot see or receive it.
- Settings you enter in the app: the name you want to be called, your destination, departure date and study language
- Study records: answers, streaks, daily test results, course progress, favorites and flags on phrases
- Whether you have purchased the paid version
Deleting the app removes this data from the device. Whether it is included in an iPhone backup depends on your iOS backup settings.
3. Notifications
If you turn on the reminder, the app schedules local notifications on your device. Nothing is sent to a server and no push token is obtained. Permission is requested only when you turn the reminder on in Settings.
4. In-app purchases
Purchases and restores of the paid version are handled by Apple's App Store. We never receive payment details such as your name or card number. Apple's handling is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
To verify purchase status we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). An anonymous identifier generated by the app, your App Store purchase records (product, date, price, country or region and similar) and the app version and OS platform are sent to RevenueCat's servers. They are used to determine which products you own and for us to review aggregate sales and purchase counts. The identifier does not identify you personally and we do not link it to any other information. Your study records and the name you enter are not sent. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Retention and deletion: Purchase records stored with RevenueCat are kept for as long as we provide the app, to verify purchases and keep sales records. To request deletion, email us at the address below with the Order ID shown in your App Store purchase history. We will delete the matching record from RevenueCat and let you know when it is done. Deletion does not cancel the purchase with Apple; tapping "Restore Purchases" creates a new record to verify your purchase. Data on your device is removed when you delete the app.
5. App updates
On launch the app may contact Expo (EAS Update by Expo, Inc.) to fetch updated content or screens. The request includes only what is needed to select an update, such as the OS platform and app version. It contains no personal information.
6. Statistics provided by Apple
If you have opted in to sharing analytics with developers in iOS settings, Apple may provide us with anonymised crash reports and usage statistics. We use them only to fix problems. You can change this under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
7. Children
The app is intended for students preparing to study abroad and can be used at any age. Because it collects no personal information, it does not collect or store personal data from children. Parents and guardians are welcome to contact us at the address below.
8. Sharing with third parties
We never sell or share information about users. The only data we can see is the anonymous purchase records stored with RevenueCat, used solely to verify purchases and review aggregate sales. Apple, RevenueCat and Expo, named above, process data only as needed to provide their respective functions.
9. Changes
Changes to this policy are published on this page with a new "last updated" date. If the way we handle personal data changes (for example, if accounts are ever added), we will also announce it in the app.
